1:1 Support Space
Complimentary spot available 6/11/2026
Too many of us have felt like we’ve never fit in.
Trying to explain ourselves, but never feeling heard.
There are so many spaces that make neurodivergent and disabled people feel like they are the problem.
Dismissed. Minimized. Gaslit. Pathologized. Punished. Shamed.
The pressure to be less sensitive. To endure more. To produce more.
This shows up in places that should be safe.
Doctor’s offices. Mental health spaces. Family relationships. Friendships.
We don’t need to be fixed.
We don’t need to be optimized.
We don’t need to “try harder.”
We need a place where we don’t have to explain ourselves.
Somewhere to be understood. Seen. Safe.
Somewhere to put down the mask.
So I built something.
An hour to be heard and to make sense of things. Not therapy. Not coaching. Just a real conversation with someone who gets it.
Come as you are. Truly.
Overwhelmed, curious, burnt out, or hopeful.
Sliding scale pricing, plus two complimentary spots each month.
Some of what people have shared afterward:
“I felt really seen.”
“I felt safe talking about things I usually keep to myself.”
“A comfortable place to be yourself without judgment.”
“My meeting with Sam was huge. I don’t really know how to articulate it but she breathed life giving validating air into me.”
I have 2 spots open tomorrow, June 11th.
Use code ACCESSJUNE at checkout for a complimentary session.
If the code doesn’t work, spots are gone. Check back July 1st.

This space is here for you.
You’re welcome to it if and when it feels right.
